Pop band Plain White T’s’ “Hey There Delilah” climbed one to No. 5, swapping with Maroon 5’s former chart-topper “Makes Me Wonder.” Avril Lavigne’s “Girlfriend” and Justin Timberlake’s “Summer Love” held at Nos. 7 and 8, respectively.
